I seriously cannot say enough good things about this salon. From the second I walked in, the entire experience felt elevated, welcoming, and so well thought out. The space is beautiful, the energy is amazing, and everyone was genuinely warm and professional.

Most importantly, my hair turned out BETTER than I had pictured in my head — which almost never happens. They actually listened to what I wanted, gave thoughtful recommendations, and somehow made my hair look healthier, more dimensional, and more flattering than it has in years. The attention to detail was incredible, and I never felt rushed or like I was just another appointment on the schedule.

You can tell they truly care about their craft and about making their clients feel confident when they leave. I walked out feeling like a completely upgraded version of myself.

Linda is absolutely AMAZING and so talented!!! Three months ago I really wanted to go blonde after having old black box dye and was so scared since having bad experiences in the past, however Linda transformed my ugly faded brown hair into a beautiful bright blonde just in under 3 sessions at such an affordable price too. She genuinely cares about each of her clients and never fails to leave me happy and blonde after the salon. She also did a trim on my dead ends and made my hair look refreshed while also not making my hair too short. I never feel rushed or unwelcome by her like some other hair stylists can make you feel. ***update*** The shop called me and apologized for the language use as well as offered to make it right for my haircut . I went back there and Taylor did an amazing job ! He really knows his stuff when it comes to the style of a cut and it was even better than I was looking for . I added more pictures below to show the change. He talked me through some color options that I had been toying with and he came across as very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Took his time to explain to me options and give me recommendations. I booked A major color change with Taylor in the future . I appreciate this shop acknowledging my experience and really taking the time to make it right . **** Previous review: This place was clean and everyone was nice. I got a basic wash and cut (no dry and style). I asked to cut off 3-4 inches, long layers in back and A frame around my face from chin down. I'm not a hair expert, but I just don't see the long layers? My hair looks very heavy without them so I'm not loving my cut, but it's not bad either. The face frame is soo very little it's barely there, which maybe what others like, but not for me. I wash and wear my hair so this subtlety gets lost. Finally they were very nice to let me bring my kids to watch the cut (I'm getting them their first cut tomorrow and wanted them to see me do it). My stylist was very nice and talkative to them, I just wasn't too thrilled he was often using curse words. But I guess that is my fault bringing them to an adult hair salon. Overall an ok experience, but not worth the $71 haircut IMO....more

I went in thinking I was going to color my hair from blonde to brown and I was wrong. Hannah gave me ideas on what to do since I had about 3 inches of growth. She was honest and upfront which I like. I was so nervous in changing my hair but Ilya did an amazing job. Hannah cut my hair and gave my layers and it turned out beautiful. Hannah and Ilya did amazing job! I moved over here from Scottsdale to Peoria in the last few months. When I moved here the last person I was going to vanished from the salon in Scottsdale. I wanted to try finding somewhere closer but it’s always scary getting a new person. I had seen the Boss Lady studio, it is right by my new house and across from Pilates. I was so glad that I walked in and made a consultation. Hannah was going to see me, I was looking for a person who did “blondes”. When I went to the consult Hannah assured me that she could do what I wanted and not use toner. I don’t like toner. On the day of my appointment, I could not have been more impressed! Hannah turned out not only to be the best color lady ever but as well a genuine hard working, motivated, kind and caring business owner. This younger women is one of the most humble, most welcoming professional business people I have ever met. I love my hair and I find the studio to be very comfortable and professional and accommodating places I have been. They preset my next visit and have already texted me about it. I as well am supposed to go in once in between and do a small trim and conditioning. They are full service, fully on top of their game and for me now so convenient ! I am so happy to find somewhere better than Scottsdale right by my new life! They as well do blow outs and such so the fact there are no Drybars over here no longer disturbs me. They are less money than my Drybar memebership was. :)...more

Taylor was absolutely amazing. He completely transformed my hair from a disaster. He listened to all of my concerns & gave me exactly what I wanted in one session. I had gone to my previous hairstylist since 2018, and took a break when I fell pregnant. I got pregnant again soon after with my second baby and decided to continue to leave my hair to grow out naturally and get it as healthy as possible. This was all through covid and so forth so I was not using heat on my hair often and it grew substantially within 2 and a half years. I wanted to make a change and decided to go back to my hairstylist in hopes of a ashy blonde balayage as my goal. Instead I came out with an orange/ brassy all sorts of shades mess, and I couldn’t believe it. She didn’t want to fix it and instead told me to use purple shampoo to get rid of the brassiness. Obviously purple shampoo wasn’t going to fix what she had done & I found Taylor and he thankfully fixed it all completely and gave me my end goal in one session!!! Definitely recommend Taylor and this salon for their professionalism & expertise in hair!...more

I am beyond happy with my experience here words can't even describe it. A little over a year ago I had an at home bleach malfunction that left me almost bald. While I didn't come here to have it fixed, I waited until it was long enough to have it evened and styled. My husband goes to their brother shop (Boss Man) and they recommended I come here so I did. This salon is fantastic. I wanted my hair colored for a wedding, and with just two days’ notice, Hannah was able to accommodate me. She set me up with Ilya. I could tell he takes pride in his work from beginning to end. He started the appointment on time, confirmed what I wanted, meticulously prepared and generously applied the color, thoroughly rinsed and washed my hair (even allowing extra time for the conditioner to sit), and finally dried it without pressuring me to also get a style—and I couldn’t be happier with the result! Hannah and her staff are amazing. I have tried different salons here in Northwest Arizona. Hannah takes time to get to know you and your specific hairstyle.
